c) To create the personalized video and manage the material received: use the photograph, the minor's name and other information provided to create the requested personalized video.
d) To publish and distribute the final video on the Learn with Kiwi YouTube channel and, where applicable, on other platforms or profiles associated with the brand, in accordance with the terms accepted by the contracting party.
e) Administrative, accounting and tax management: issue invoices, manage payments via Bizum, handle incidents and comply with legal obligations.
f) Web analytics and, where applicable, digital measurement/advertising: analyze website usage via Google Analytics and manage tools associated with Google Ads where applicable, always based on consent granted through the cookie system.
6. Legal basis for processing
The legal bases that legitimize the processing are:
a) Pre-contractual measures and contract performance: to attend to the request, manage the order, create the video, coordinate delivery and provide the requested service.
b) Consent: to:
• process the photograph or image of the minor when necessary to create the video;
• publish and distribute the final video on YouTube and, where applicable, on other Learn with Kiwi platforms;
• install non-essential analytical or advertising cookies;
• send commercial communications, if enabled in the future and expressly authorized by the user.
c) Compliance with legal obligations: to comply with tax, accounting and administrative obligations arising from the activity.
7. Processing of minors' data and image
The personalized stories service may involve the processing of data and images of minors.
The person requesting or contracting the service declares and guarantees, under their responsibility, that they have sufficient legitimacy to provide the minor's data and image, and to authorize their use under the terms requested.
When the processing is based on consent and affects minors under 14 years of age, Learn with Kiwi will require that such consent or authorization come from those holding parental authority or guardianship, or that the contracting party acts with sufficient authorization from such holders.
Authorization to use the minor's image and to publish the final video is a necessary condition of the service. Consequently, if such authorization is not granted, the service cannot be provided.

9. Retention periods

• WhatsApp messages and emails: for 1 year, unless it is necessary to retain them longer to handle incidents, claims or liabilities arising from the relationship.
• Service-related data: for the time necessary to manage the order and, subsequently, for the legally required periods.
• Photographs of the minor provided to create the video: until publication of the final video, at which point they will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation or duly justified legitimate need for retention.
• Billing and administrative/accounting documentation: for legally required periods, in particular tax, accounting and liability periods.

Data may be communicated or accessible, to the extent necessary for each purpose, to:
